"The International Ocean Institute (IOI) and IOI officers, employees, agents and volunteers shall be defended from, indemnified and held harmless against any and all liability, loss, expense, or claims for injury or damages arising out of, resulting from, or in connection with the performance of this activity. Participants are required to hold and show, on site, a separate personal cover for travel and health insurance."
